  • Exit 140 CR-10 (Chalkville Mountain Road): Normal conditions

PHASE II-B

Estimated to last approximately 4 months
ACTIVITY: Remove I-59 SB inside lane and shoulder. Rebuild inside lane and construct new lane with shoulder.
IMPACT: I-59 SB traffic will utilize outside lane and shoulder to maintain 2 lanes of travel.

  • Exit 140 CR-10 (Chalkville Mountain Road): I-59 Southbound On-ramp single lane

PHASE II-C

Estimated to last approximately 4 months
ACTIVITY: Remove I-59 SB outside lane and shoulder. Rebuild outside lane and construct new lane with shoulder.
IMPACT: I-59 SB traffic will utilize the newly constructed lane and shoulder to maintain 2 lanes of travel.

  • Exit 140 CR-10 (Chalkville Mountain Road): I-59 SB On-ramp and Off-ramp CLOSED until phase is completed (estimated 2 months)

PHASE IIIB

Estimated to last approximately 4 months
ACTIVITY: Remove I-59 NB inside lane and shoulder. Rebuild inside lane and construct new lane with shoulder.
IMPACT: I-59 NB traffic will utilize outside lane and shoulder to maintain 2 lanes of travel.

  • Exit 140 CR-10 (Chalkville Mountain Road): All ramps OPEN – Normal conditions
  • I-459 N: OPEN – Modified. Single Lane to I-59 S. Single lane to I-59 N. US-11 must merge to the single lane for I-59 N. US-11 to I-59 S alternate routes are encouraged.

PHASE IIIC

Estimated to last approximately 4 months
ACTIVITY: Remove I-59 NB outside lane and shoulder. Rebuild outside lane and construct new lane with shoulder.
IMPACT: I-59 NB traffic will utilize inside lane and shoulder to maintain 2 lanes of travel.

  • Exit 140 CR-10 (Chalkville Mountain Road): I-59 N On-ramp and Off-ramp CLOSED until phase is completed (estimated 2 months)
  • I-459 NB: OPEN – Modified. Single Lane to I-59 S. Single lane to I-59 N. US-11 must merge to the single lane for I-59 N. US-11 to I-59 S alternate routes are encouraged.
